Ai Giannakis Kampou

Dedicated to Agios Ioannis Prodromos (St. John the Baptist), the smallest cross-vaulted church in the Peloponnese stands on a small rocky outcrop at the outskirts of Kampos. It is built with rubble masonry and brick fragments, and features ceramic plates immured in its walls. Bricks have been used at the arches and the blind arch above the door on the west wall. Two layers of wall paintings have been preserved in the interior, dating to the 13th and 14 centuries.
